While Alia Bhatt is being welcomed by Ranbir Kapoor’s friends and relatives in their fold, his former ladylove Katrina Kaif would rather maintain a safe distance between her and the Kapoor khandaan. This afternoon, both Katrina and Neetu were at the same place (pretty much), at the same time.

Ms Kaif was rehearsing for the Dabangg Tour at a popular sports bar, in the same building that also houses the gastropub where Ranbir’s mommy dearest Neetu Kapoor was lunching with her friends Reema Jain and Varun Dhawan’s mom Laali Dhawan.

A source present on the scene tells SpotboyE.com, “Katrina Kaif saw Neetu Kapoor coming out of the lift and she just rushed back inside the sports bar, where she was rehearsing. It was pretty clear that she wanted to avoid a face off.”
The source added, “Not very sure if Neetu noticed Ranbir’s ex-flame but Katrina did see Neetu walking her way, and she quickly changed tracks, to avoid bumping into her.”

After avoiding a face off, Katrina beat a hasty retreat from the venue. She left the building within seconds of Neetu entering the complex. Ms Kaif even requested the paps not to click her on her way out!
